Job Purpose

To drive the Medical business in Metro cities by flawless execution of Medical strategies for the entire portfolio of brands by developing and coaching the Metro Medical team.

Key Result Areas
• Achievement of Sell out objectives
• Drive entire range of consumer and prescription driven brands
• Effectively lead and coach Metro Medical team
• Preparing Optimal Customer List (Medical) based on business potential on the basis of agreed matrix
• Lead RCPA and retail execution for entire range of brands at these outlets
• Effective planning and execution of Medical strategies by Metro Medical team

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must:

• Must have prior experience of handling the entire Mumbai region
• Have at least 2 years experience as Area Manager as on 31st December 2008.
• Be willing to acquire skills in both sides of business
• Must also have strong Man Management skills with proven coaching ability
FLM’s with strong Communication and Presentation skills and having good commercial acumen will be given preference. Applicants with Medical background will be preferred.
